The afternoon rains can help break the heat and get the fish biting. I found a school of redfish up on a flat for sight fishing. Great FLYFISHING opportunities. Blackdrum,Redfish, and Trout are staying steady. Flounder are in the creeks and out at the inlet. Big ones are at the inlet along with some big   BULL Redfish(over slot size). Wow!  The fishing is on fire. Some nice Redfish and Blackdrum with some big Spotted Sea Trout in the mix. This is a great time of year to get a big fish off a kayak. The fishing this summer has been great. Trout and Redfish have been steady with a few Blackdrum in the lake. Big Flounder have been biting near the Inlet along with some big bull reds.Its a lot of fun to let a big fish pull you around in the kayak.Also the Snook are back down by Ormond Beach area which is great to see that after the freeze 3 years ago. I'd like to say thanks to Jackson Kayak and Overboard Rods for putting me on their pro staff. I have 3 new Jackson Kayak CUDA'S on the way. These kayaks are the most comfortable kayaks I've ever been in. Their very stable for standing up to sight fish,track awesome and are a dry ride.Overboard rods not only do the job when you have a good fish on but they also float if dropped in the drink.Come on out for some fun and try your luck at a kayak fishing with a guide who will do all I can to get you on some action while showing you some of the most beautiful places in Florida.
