The weather is hot and the fishing is too. We've been chasing some nice big black drum and bull Reds in the morning and picking up some nice spotted sea trout in the mix.

I just got back onto this account and plan to post here more often in the future. This post is about what a fun spring it was guiding in Guana lake and river! The black drum, redfish, and big trout had us busy  chasing fish the entire length of the lake.We had some EPIC mornings and evenings out there.

Kayak St. Augustine

The Black Drum have been biting consistent in the late winter.With some big ones in the mix now that they are coming in to spawn. The sheepshead bite has slacked off a bit but still picking them up.The Reds are feeding in deep cuts and in the flats. I have been getting some fun sight fishing fot the Reds on the right days. Sorry no picks with this post. Check out facebook for my most recent photos. Thank you for visiting. Saint Augustine Ecotours . Kayak/Fishing 1/8/2013

Winter has been off to a great start. With the weather staying in the 70's it is perfect for enjoying some time on the water. Kayak fishing for redfish in some skinny water is as good as it gets if your looking for action. Picking up some nice blackdrum and spotted sea trout as well. Eco tours to get a close look at native wildlife with a guide who loves to be in nature. I am on the water three to seven days a week fishing and paddling. I look forward to getting on the water with you.
